Sr. SDRs are paid $4 for each verified prospect transfer + 20% of AM commission once a transfer is closed. See the common example payouts below as a reference...

• AM closes a program for $5800 transfer for $500 return ($4 transfer + $100 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a program for $11,200 transfer for $1.000 return ($4 transfer + $200 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a program for $27,000 transfer for $3,000 return ($4 transfer + $600 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a program for $45,000 transfer for $5,000 return ($4 transfer + $1,000 client commission payout per transfer)

Promotions to Account Manager (AM) position available with 20 successfully verified transfers to an AM, plus at least 5 closed transfers.
