SDR Transfer + Commission Payouts

SDRs are paid $4 for each verified prospect transfer + 10% of AM commission once a transfer is closed. See the common example payouts below as a reference...

• AM closes a $250 transfer for $40 return ($4 transfer + $4 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a $1,000 transfer for $250 return ($4 transfer + $25 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a $5,000 transfer for $1,000 return ($4 transfer + $100 client commission payout per transfer)

• AM closes a $20,000 transfer for $5,000 return ($4 transfer + $500 client commission payout per transfer)

Promotions to Senior SDR position available with 10 successfully verified transfers to an AM, or at least 5 closed transfers.
